Introduction
Auth4Play is a social login instrument that provides a sign-on function for different websites and mobile apps. Auth4Play enables the End users to log in to our Customers’ websites and/or mobile apps using pre-existing credentials from Social networking services instead of creating new accounts.
Definitions
In this Terms of use (“Terms”) the following terms shall have the following meanings:
“Auth4Play” means a social login instrument owned by the Company.
“Company”, “we” means IDPIXEL INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, a legal entity, incorporated under the legislation of the Republic of Cyprus, with its registered number HE 419191 and legal address: 9 Vasili Michailidi, 3026, Limassol, Cyprus.

“Customers” means business entities that use the Services on their websites and/or mobile apps.
“End users” means private persons who log in to the Customers’ websites and/or mobile app with the use of Auth4Play plugin.
“Intellectual property” means all intellectual property objects available on the Website or our banners on the Costumers’ website and mobile apps, including, but not limited to, software, texts, images, animations, design, trade names, trademarks, and other intellectual property objects.
“Privacy Notice” means a document adopted by the Company to notify Users and End users about the processing of personal data by the Company in the context of using of the Website by private individuals or while rendering the Services by the Company.
“Services” means the incorporation of the Auth4Play into the Customer’s websites and applications by placing Auth4Play plugin.
“Social networking services” means social networks integrated with Auth4Play.
